 The Job Estimate Entry Screen is used to enter estimates before a job
is bid upon or quoted to help in determining the bid amount.

Job Cost Estimate Entry is done AFTER a  Job has been setup.   Job Cost Estimate
entry is equivalent of the "Line items" in a Purchase Order or Customer Order.   The individual
items that make up (compromise) the Job or Project must be entered. EVERY cost anticipated for the job MUST be entered in order to prepare an accurate Bid or Job.
