5. (GLOBAL HELP TEXT MAINTENANCE
Selection #5 from the File Utilities Menu brings you to the Global Help Text Maintenance Screen. This is the same screen you arrive at when you choose field #15 - Help <?> - from the Global Dictionary Maintenance Screen. The reason it is also listed as a separate item from the File Utilities is for convenience so that if you want to add help text you do not have to go through the Global Dictionary Maintenance Screen to do so. You can use selection #5 from the File Utilities Selector to maintain help text.
