Files, etc. Storing a wide range of valuable details pertaining to the different methods
in which you transact daily business. Month-to-Date and Year-to-Date financial activity
for each file is also recorded for you by Profi'C.
More importantly, these Profi’C
files maintain pertinent information unique to
each individual Customer, Prospect, Vendor, Sales Rep and Company Branch requirements.
This personalized information is automatically linked throughout the system for use,
eliminating the need to re-enter, yet carries the flexibility to change or modify per
circumstance at any point in the system.
All files may be password protected.
Reports for each of these files may be printed on demand and at period closings keeping
the MTD and YTD activity figures accurate. Customer, Vendor, Prospect, and Sales Rep
records may be merged into standard letters for marketing purposes.
