Pricing Breaks
Special Prices may be defined with
starting and ending sale dates for specific items, product types or may be set-up for
individual customers. Special pricing will always override normal pricing methods except
for unique pricing entered on the order itself. Prices may be changed automatically by
product grouping for those times when you wish to increase or decrease by a percentage an
entire category of product. And when you want to have a "special", Profi'C
gives you the ability to change prices for a specific period of time.

Inventory Integration
Profi'C
Inventory is on-line and fully integrates with the
following modules: Order Processing, Retail Sales, Purchase Orders, Work Orders, Bill of
Materials, Rental Processing, and Customer Service/RMA. Always up-to-date, the inventory
files display product On Hand, Committed, and On Purchase Order amount for Stock or Drop
items. Products may be received into inventory through Purchase Orders or Inventory
Adjustments and returned to inventory through Credit Memos or Inventory Adjustments.
Inventory items may be transferred from one warehouse to another, between divisions and
between branches as needed. Adjustments to inventory create an automatic audit trail.
When used with the Profi'C
Purchase Order module,
the Inventory Master Files will maintain an up-to-date vendor list for the item including
price, availability and open order status.

Unit Of Measure Conversions
Just as Profi'C
recognizes diversified pricing categories, it will also recognize varied "quantity" amounts. Through
the Unit of Measure Conversion Table, a product can be inventoried in one unit of measure,
but ordered in other units.
